CPCUG 1998 County Science Fair Model Award Presentation Speech

This is the Model Award Presentation Speech Provided to Our Volunteer Science Fair Judges. Judges are asked to attend the award ceremony to make a personal presentation to the awardees, and obtain name recognition for CPCUG. Judges should obtain business cards and brochures in advance of the Fair, for distribution to the awardees and Award Ceremony attendees. The Capital PC User Group is pleased to recognize the accomplishments of two young scientists, [ last year in Montgomery Co we gave one in the Computer Science Category and one in Medicine and Health.]

CPCUG is a not-for-profit organization based in Rockville. Our Motto is Users helping Users. We are active with PC hardware, software, and Internet services and software, and anyone in the DC area can join. It’s a great way to get training and support for both beginners and experts. Each awardee will receive at our May 11th general meeting a $50 savings bond, a certificate or plaque, and one year free full membership to CPCUG. For their outstanding performance in the understanding and/or application of computer or telecommunications technology, our winners are:
